  • Why is my tracking number not working?

Tracking numbers may take up to 2 days to display data for U.S. orders and up to 4 days to display data for International orders.

  • Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

On average it takes us 1-3 business days to process your order before we ship it out, so don't worry about that. You will receive an email with all the details once your order is shipped.

  • What Do I Do If I Have Missing Items In My Order?

If something is still missing, please contact us immediately at hi@trespire.com

  • What If I Input The Wrong Shipping Address?

If this happens to you, email us at hello@trespire.com as soon as possible, and we might be able to take care of it. However, we can't guarantee anything in this case, as all of our items are usually processed within 1-2 business days. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Please contact us anyway, as we still care and we'll try to help in any case. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
